The MAIN One -- Colour Wheel Template

$4.00

A3 Printable Colour Wheel Template [BRITISH SPELLING]

For use towards colour theory and basic understanding of colour mixing with paint. Can be used with other materials and mediums too!

This A3 template includes:

  • 12 sections for students to paint 3 Primary, 3 Secondary & 6 Tertiary Colours

  • Space to apply tints in the outside ring, using white paint

  • Boxes to apply knowledge of different colour theory

  • Complementary/Opposite Colour examples

I love to use these colour wheel templates alongside a discussion of colour theory and this particular template is a great one for high school and Painting classes. Cover Primary, Secondary, Tertiary and Complementary colours all on one page, with the addition of tints and mixing brown for fast learners.

This is the main one I use to practice colour mixing with my students!

This template can be purchased once and used for years with your students. I tend to push print to a class set for students and am set for 1-2 lessons. Plus, I find it a great way to continue to develop brush skills as students try to stay inside the lines. Once completed, students can stick in their books to reference later if needed.

*Example is free to download in my shop!

*Your digital download will be delivered to you as a zipped folder - you will need to unzip and read the T&C’s then the PDF template is free for you to use and print.

Enjoy!
